This small Gallery is full of unique hand-crafted pieces of art mixed with a small collection of mineral specimens and gifts. Most of its pieces are made in Alaska, with about half of those made in Sitka. The remainder of its items is a mix of Katia’s family glass jewelry, close friends from the Midwest, and a few artisans worldwide.  

This Gallery is filled with authentic basketry, sculptures, Northwest Coast Natives, jewelry from Inupiat Eskimos, and local Alaskan artists working in various crafts. The Artist Cove Gallery is located in the center of downtown Sitka, so this makes it an easy stop.

Fate Accompli is an art studio, Gallery, and rock works operated by local artist-owners Ken and Rachel Fate. Presenting the work of 15 local artists, Fate Accompli offers locally produced, ready-to-hang fine art -with free shipping- as well as home and garden decor, art, and concrete sculpture inspired by Sitka area flora and fauna. Also offering gifts and apparel at a wide range of prices.

Their four-legged muse – Olivia, is the gallery greeter and a puppy that “knows things.”
