Ever since snow-machines have been invented in 1960, there have also been races.

The first official Nome-Golovin race was in 1967 and now the 54rd official race is here!

Racers will follow the Iditarod trail 100 miles and back – totaling 200 miles.

Three categories will race: men, women, and juniors.

First prize is $1500! Followed by $1000 for second and $500 for third.
